How to filter orders by any 'Trays' and 'Vehicle/Driver' in the orders tab

This guide offers a quick overview of how to filter orders by any 'Tray' and 'Vehicle/Driver' in the orders tab.


Steps:


  1. Open the web-portal and log in.

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.


If unfamiliar with basic navigation, follow this article: How to learn 'Basic Navigation' of the web Dropboy application



  1. Observe the filter area under the Orders tab.



  1. Click More filters.



  1. Click Assigned to dropdown.



  1. 'Assigned to' list will be open. Their are two section shown 'Vehicles' and 'Trays'



  1. All vehicles/Drivers are listed under the Vehicle section.

  1. All trays are listed under the Trays section.

  1. Choose any option to assign orders based on trays or vehicles.


  1. Click one of the two Search buttons on the order tab.



  1. The related orders will appear.


Note: You can combine multiple filters to get more precise results.
